This adventure began just over 10 years ago. I was working as an EMS manager for a system that hired additional EMS staff for the tourist season. I woke up early, made a pot of coffee, got the mail and started going through new resumes. As I sorted through them they were mostly new providers with little to no experience. As I sat there I kept smelling a woman's perfume, I was alone in my office and no one had stopped in yet that morning. As I shuffled the papers I found that it was coming from one resume, Andi’s. She was a brand new paramedic and not qualified for the position but curiosity got the best of me so I looked her up on Facebook. She was a cute redhead with short hair and was very attractive. I just had to meet her so I offered her an interview to learn more about her.

I scheduled several interviews that day but saved Andi for last. I spoke with several candidates that were more than qualified, then it was Andi’s turn. She timidly walks in and as I reach out to shake her hand, she lowers her eyes to the floor refusing to make eye contact. I instantly can smell her perfume, the same smell that she put on her resume. She was dressed in business casual, nothing revealing but looked nice. She timidly answered my questions, biting her lip and squirming in her seat as she sat across from me. As the interview neared the end, I asked her if she would like to add anything else about herself. She stated she was really nervous and admitted she didn't have a lot of experience but assured me she is a fast learner, hard worker and that she would do anything for an opportunity. My eyes perked up, I was wondering how far she was willing to go. I thanked her for her time and told her she would be hearing soon if she would be considered for the position, she walked out of my office. There was something about her that left my mind wondering for the rest of the day.

Over the next couple weeks I began hiring new employees, Andi wasn't considered for a position at this time. Being this is a small town, I had hired employees that she knew. Andi must've felt she wasn't being considered and she stepped up her game. She sent me a friend request on Facebook, I don't normally accept requests from people I'm not close with but there was something about her, so I accepted it. I immediately received a message from her. She inquired about the position and I explained to her that due to the nature of the position, she was inexperienced and a little too shy and timid to work in a dangerous environment. She refuted that she is a redhead with a strong personality but admitted that she is submissive to a man in power. My eyes lit up again and my imagination was running wild! We began to have a little playful banter back and forth and I told her that Redheads are my weakness, especially submissives! She fired right back, hire me Sir and I will be an obedient employee there to serve you. Needless to say, I offered her the job.
